At Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین, we are committed to producing premium-quality, fully cooked Halal deli meats and sausages using carefully selected ingredients in our USDA-inspected facility. Every order is prepared with care to ensure exceptional freshness, quality, and food safety.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
Freshly Prepared Orders
Unlike many pre-packaged deli products, our products are not pre-sliced and stored for extended periods.
Every order is prepared specifically for you. Products are freshly sliced (when applicable), vacuum-sealed, and carefully packaged within approximately 24 hours before shipment to provide the freshest possible experience.
Orders are shipped in insulated packaging with cooling materials and are sent using expedited shipping whenever possible to help maintain product quality during transit.
Perishable Food Policy
Because our products are fresh, refrigerated, fully cooked, and perishable food items, all sales are final.
For food safety reasons, Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین does not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.
Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot verify how it has been stored, transported, or handled. Therefore, returned food products cannot be safely or legally restocked or resold.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if your package arrives:
- Damaged
- Opened during transit
- Leaking
- Missing products
- Containing incorrect items

To help us investigate your claim, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the affected product(s)
After reviewing your claim, Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the affected product at no additional cost; or
- Issue a full or partial refund.
If a replacement is approved, Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین will cover all replacement shipping costs.
In most cases, customers will not be required to return damaged or defective food products unless specifically requested by Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, returns, or replacements cannot be provided for:
- Products that have been opened after delivery.
- Products that were not refrigerated promptly after delivery.
- Change of mind after an order has been shipped.
- Personal taste, texture, or flavor preferences.
- Orders delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Packages left unattended after confirmed delivery.
- Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier that are outside the reasonable control of Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and promptly refrigerate their order upon delivery.
While we carefully package every shipment to maintain freshness, Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین cannot guarantee product quality if a package is left unattended or unrefrigerated for an extended period after delivery.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any claim for damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products must be submitted to Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.
Because our products are perishable, claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Food Safety Commitment
Food safety is our highest priority.
All products are prepared in a USDA-inspected facility following strict food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures. Every order is handled with care to provide our customers with safe, fresh, and premium-quality products.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable product(s).
Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Force Majeure
Village Protein – دهکده پروتئین shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, power outages, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
